“The Red Building” (previously Fiat building) is an extraordinary edifice under the protection of the city as a cultural heritage of Serbia. It was built before the Second World War as one of the most important projects of the famous Serbian architects Milan Zloković. Red facade brick and marble elements on radial part of the building give it an elegant note, while monolith wall system makes the building energy efficient.  This unit consists of three separated parts convenient for different pragmatic purposes: exclusive part with exhibition area, garage and separated part convenient for conferences, congresses, exhibitions, presentations, etc.

The building is located in elite area, near St. Sava Temple, Clinic center of Serbia and Belgrade University. It is 1,5 km away from the city center, or 20 minutes walking.

The roof terrace is the most impressive part of the building. It is a modernly designed open space with a great view, ideal for different celebrations, networking or private parties.
